Terms and Conditions

                                                           TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

          Seller will install upon delivery of product in a timely manner. Unforeseen delays do not constitute a refund. Seller reserves the right to change price to correct misquotes due to measuring errors, or errors in calculations. Prices are based on total outside product dimensions (not actual window opening). Additional charges for special orders, bay windows, arches, french doors, sliding glass doors, shapes, etc. Discounts only apply to jobs processed over 200sf or any other currently advertised discount. 

          Purchaser will clear surfaces for installation of product by removing ALL obstacles (draperies, rods, hardware, fixtures, blinds, furniture, etc.) prior to installation. Additional charges may be added at installers discretion if not in compliance. Purchaser or representative must be present at time of installation to inspect product, installation, and make final payment. If balance is not paid in full upon completion of installation, seller reserves the right to remove product from premises. 

                                                                    WARRANTY: 

          Limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer's defects is granted by the manufacturer to the original purchaser with original proof of purchase. Seller reserves the right to repair or replace any defective materials at their discretion. Should a product be unable to be installed or need to be removed from the premises for repair/replacement, the customer may hold back only 25% of the cost of the opening in question.               

                                                             COLOR ACCEPTANCE: 

          Once color is accepted, manufacturer/seller are not responsible for dissatisfaction with color   match. Stained products vary due to natural graining of the wood itself, therefore a perfect match can not be guaranteed. Stained shutters are covered by warranty only if window is protected by sun film. (Nonstandard color/stain will have a one-time fee of $150.00 per color.)       

                                                                    AGREEMENT: 

          I hereby agree to order the above merchandise upon the terms and conditions set forth.   Payment will be made as outlined above. I  understand that this is a custom-made product and cannot be cancelled, and that deposits are non-refundable. I have read, understand and agree to these terms and conditions. Seller reserves the right to remove product if payment in full is not made at time of installation. If legal action should become necessary for Seller to enforce the terms of this agreement to collect any amount payable hereunder, Purchaser shall be responsible for Seller's reasonable attorney fees and legal costs.
